Hartford Middle School teacher is honored by the Ohio Lottery
CANTON“Mr. Worstell is a great teacher. He always has a smile for everyone,” says School Counselor Michelle Gump-Wilson. Brian Worstell was recently named a Teacher of the Month (May) by the Ohio Lottery. He is a teacher at Hartford Middle School in Stark County.
He currently teaches social studies to 7th graders. Worstell works with the youth in the community, and he takes pride in his work. Students have noted that Worstell helps them solve their problems and listens well to them. He explains things in a way that the students can easily understand what is being taught.

For being recognized as a Teacher of the Month, Worstell will receive four tickets to a Cleveland Indians’ game, recognition at the event, merchandise from the team and an assortment of Partners in Education merchandise from the Ohio Lottery.
