Academic All Star: 12th grader at Hubbard High School is named an Academic All Star by the Ohio Lottery

HUBBARD - The Ohio Lottery recently recognized Zachary Lord as an Academic All Star. He is a 12th grade student at Hubbard High School. Zachary represents the Youngstown area.

“Zack has earned the respect of his peers and adults with whom he has worked. Zack has professional qualities and leadership that are needed for success in today’s society,” says Guidance Counselor, Julianne Carsone. Lord is active in his church and community and also participates in sports such as football, track and basketball. He is the Vice-President of Future Business Leaders of America and participates in several clubs such as the French Club, Drama Club and the Ecology Club.

For being recognized as an Academic All Star, Lord will receive four tickets to a Cleveland Indians’ game, recognition at the event, merchandise from the team and an assortment of Partners in Education merchandise from the Ohio Lottery.
